SWORN STATEMENT

DECEMBER 21, 2005

On 12/13/2005 we were called to the Irons Residence (Location 1) after it was reported that Sydney Irons and Amber Irons had not attended school in over a week, and their mother, Gretchin Irons, had not been to work in that time.

Upon entering the residence, there were no occupants present. There was rotting food in the kitchen and a videotape on the counter (Videotape 1).

In the garage, two bodies were found several feet apart covered in sheets and surrounded by a set of bloody footprints later identified belonging to Fr. Patrick Andersen.

Just under a mile away from the Irons Residence, we found a car at Harrington Lake (Location 2). The plates were registered to Fr. Isaac Hitchens, who regularly worked with Fr. Patrick. There was no sign of Hitchens anywhere, not even footprints.

There were several other sets of footprints found around the car belonging to Sydney Irons, Fr. Patrick Andersen, and CPS worker Jennifer Borman.

Nearby and closer to the car was another cluster of footprints belonging to CPS workers David McCracken and Josh Riedford. They appeared to be made some time later. All sets of footprints led to Harrington Lake, where they disappeared.

Addendum 12/21/08: Videotape 2 was recovered at Location 2 (Harrington Lake), encased in a digital video recorder.
